You prefer to hold your meeting first and use the dinner afterwards as quality time with your group to reflect the day? Or do you wish to have the dinner on the day before your event to use it as an ice-breaker event for the participants.
We will be pleased to accommodate your individual preferences.
You are planning a two-day event? No problem – our conference package “Classic” can be easily booked additionally for the second day.
On the arrival day rooms will be available from 3 p.m. Please vacate the rooms on your departure day until noon. In case of an early arrival or late departure, we will be pleased to take care of your luggage for you.Please note that the Airporthotel does not provide any off-street parking opportunities. However, off-street parking is possible in a close-by garage for an additional charge of EUR 20 per day/car. On-street parking is possible around the hotel – please also note that the hotel cannot be hold responsible for any damages, losses, or thefts in this case.
