Relaxed atmosphere
Your temporary home – for a night, a week or longer. The air-conditioned studios and serviced apartments with a combined living room and bedroom or with a separate living room and bedroom are equipped with every comfort you may need. Each apartment has a kitchenette, flat screen TV, desk, safe, as well as a dining area with a small table and of course, a bathroom with a shower.

24-hour reception – on request, our team will help you with the little things of everyday life. You can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge as well as enjoy free WiFi! All apartments come with an initial set of dishwashing brush, soap and towel, mop, salt and pepper.
Relax in the fitness room. You can have breakfast daily (for a fee) in the restaurant from our delicious buffet. And in the evening, you can enjoy a long drink or a beer at the bar.

City Tax Berlin
From 1st April, 2024, the state of Berlin will levy a cultural development tax called “city tax” amounting to 5% of the net overnight price excluding VAT on overnight stays for private and business purposes. The statutes of the State of Berlin stipulate that all hotels collect this tax and pay it to the State of Berlin.
Our room rates are per room and night plus the cultural development tax of 5%.
The tax has to be paid by the traveller locally.
