Arrival

• Check-in from 3.00 pm (earlier check-in by arrangement)

Departure

• Check-out on the day of departure is until 12:00 pm. Upon request, you can book a late check-out.

BER Airport

• travel time from the hotel by car: 15 – 20 minutes, alternatively by S-Bahn from S-Bahn station Adlershof, travel time: 18 minutes.

City Tax

• The city tax amounts to 7.5% of the net room rate and is not included.

Airconditioning

• most of our hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Pharmacy

• within walking distance –> easyApotheke Adlershof, Rudower Chaussee 12, 12489 Berlin-Treptow.

Doctors

• we are happy to provide a baby cot in your room upon request.

• the hotel has 14 accessible rooms and apartments.

Bedding and Pillows

• If you need extra blankets and/or pillows, please contact the reception

Linen Change

• The bed linens are changed every 4 days. Upon request, we change your bed linens daily.

Disposal

• out of consideration for our environment, we have set ourselves the goal of reducing the hotel’s waste year by year. We thank you for your help in achieving this goal.

Payment

• We accept cash and card payments. The only currency accepted is the Euro (€). We cannot accept or exchange foreign currencies.

• Information about departure times are available at reception or online at www.bvg.de.

Iron and ironing board

• If you need an iron and ironing board, please contact reception.

Kitchen packages & kettle

• upon request, you receive a kitchen package as well as a kettle at the reception.

Electricity

• we use 100% green electricity from renewable energy sources.

• Please note the information signs.

Fitness

• Our gym is located in the basement. Please report to reception before use.

Breakfast times

• Monday – Friday 6.00 am to 10.00 am. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays 7.00 am to 11.00 am.

Hotel Bar

• our Neuro Bar is open for you from Tuesday to Saturday from 6 pm to 1 am. Outside of opening hours, you can get all drinks (except cocktails) at any time from our reception team.

Luggage storage

• You can store your luggage at reception.

Luggage service

• We are happy to help you with your luggage. Just let us know!

Fresh Towels

• Towels are changed every two days. If you would like a change of towels, please place them on the bathroom floor.

Pets

• If you would like to bring along your pets, please obtain the hotel’s approval first. Pets will incur additional charges.

Sanitary products

• A range of sanitary products (including disposable razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste etc.) is available at reception.

Parking

• the hotel has six paid parking spaces (€15.00 per day/night). Alternatively, you can park in the surrounding streets or in the parking garage next to the hotel.

• Restaurants and snack bars are within walking distance from the hotel.

Safety and Security

• please make sure to close your room door when leaving the room. If you lose your room card, please inform us immediately.

S-Bahn

• the S-Bahn station Adlershof is within a 10-minute walk. From there, S-Bahn trains run to the city center as well as to BER Airport.

Sewing Kit

• sewing kits are available at the reception.

Shopping

• You can find a supermarket, kiosk, post office, hairdresser, fashion stores, optician, and more directly in the passage next to the hotel or within walking distance in the nearby area.

Night curfew

• 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. During this time, please take extra care not to disturb the other guests.

Smoking at the hotel

• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. Any violation of this rule will incur a charge of 150.00 €.

Room Safety box

• You can use the safety box in your room free of charge.

Saving water

• water is precious – please help us reduce the hotel’s water consumption by using it sparingly and thoughtfully – thank you very much!

Taxi

• Our employees will be happy to call a taxi for you.

Terrace

• enjoy your breakfast or a cold drink on our terrace.

Laundry

• You can use our laundry room with washing machine and drier free of charge. A washing pod is 2 € each. Feel free to ask us for more information.

Wifi

• Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Room Cleaning

• Rooms will be cleaned every two days between 8.00 am and 2.00 pm.
