Arrival
• Check-in from 3:00 pm (early check-in possible on request).

Saturday – Sunday & holiday 07:30 am until 11:00 am

Baby Cot
• A free baby cot is available at the reception.

Blankets and Pillows
• If you need extra blankets or pillows please contact the reception.

Departure
• On the day of departure check-out is until 12:00 am.
• Upon request you can book a late check-out until 2:00 pm. There are additional costs.

• A range of hygiene items (disposable razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) are available at the reception.

• If you need an iron and ironing board, please contact the reception.

Laundry-Room
• You can use the washing maschine or dryer in the laundry room free of charge.

Linen change
• Bed linen is changed every 4 days. On request we change your sheets daily.

Luggage Room
• Storage of your belongings is provided in our luggage room at the reception.

Night rest
• Between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Please be considerate of the other hotel guests.

Pets
• Bringing pets requires the approval of the hotel. There are additional costs.
